A stunning pair of rosewood Art Deco club chairs from the SS Île de France, one of the finest and most luxurious cruise liners of the 1920's and 30's. Professionally restored and re-upholstered in Holly Hunt "Black Pearl" Leather with a "Stingray" pattern. Stylish and compact, these chairs are an excellent example of the period.

The SS Île de France one of the first major ocean liners to be furnished and decorated without referencing the past; representing a significant departure and attracting many youthful, famous and wealthy patrons.
